Universal-Fit RV Waste Valve Handles

These handles are compatible with most 1 1/2-inch gray water tank RV waste valve bodies and 3-inch black water tank RV waste valve bodies. In order to fit perfectly, the waste valve should have a 1/4 inch threaded valve stem.

Easy to Install RV Waste Valve Metal Handles

It’s important to prevent any damage to the valve stem’s surface. Scratches and bumps may prevent the valve stem from sliding properly into the sealing gland inside the waste valve. Valve stem scratches may also damage the sealing gland.

  1. Hold the valve stem still with pliers. To protect the valve stem from damage, you can cover it with a cloth or a rag and let the pliers grip through the cloth.
  2. Unscrew the old handle from the valve stem with your other hand.
  3. With the pliers still keeping the valve stem still, thread the new handle in place.

Excellent replacement handle overall. My only small critique would be to increase the overall width/weight of the handle somewhat to help overcome any resistance in the valve.

Purchased to replace a broken dump valve handle on my RV camper. It was easy to screw on to the existing rod that opens/closes the tank. The price is good & the handle is well made

Only one neededvreplacing andvit was super easy to do. Just pull open the valve first, unscrew the old handle and screw on the new one. Be sure to hold the post with pliers to ensure a secure fit.Metal (aluminum? ) product rather than the cheapo plastic ones that canned with the trailer.

This is a so much better quality handle than the stock plastic handles which break easily! Have not had a single problem with these in the 3 years which I've been using them as replacements. They also fit perfectly!

Our existing grey tank plastic handle broke during use. Bought this set as a replacement. We are happy with the product and have an extra handle for when the black tank handle breaks. Not sure why the manufacturers use plastic for rv's.
