It is a quality made cutter with a few cons. First the pros: the cutter has two arms that extends on both the top and bottom of the base cutter for larger papers: it cuts and scores smoothly; Blade sits securely in the tract and does not wobble so you get a straight cut. The cons, for me, are: There is no way to lock the arm in the closed position; the cutting tract tends to get "clogged" with paper lint or small slivers of paper that are hard to clean; I had to replace the cutting blade after 4 months of use; and there is not a compartment to store the scoring tool.
