I have bought 3 of these waterproof houses and love them. I add insulation for super cold winters. I did cut off the plastic off one end of the house for easier entry for some cats.

I was skeptical because I have one bratty cat that hates anything I do. But my other two small-medium cats love this house and can both fit at the same time. I threw a small blanket in it and they have used it as one of their main shelters all winter long (and we live where it was below freezing a few nights). The house hasn’t moved around with their entry/exits nor does it seem to be any worse for wear at ~3 months old. I do have it set up in an area that is largely sheltered from precipitation and wind to begin with. I was able to assemble it pretty easily with a 1 year old providing interference so it wasn’t too bad there either.

I like these houses, I bought 2. They were easy to put together, gives my outdoor kitty cats a place of their own. I would not suggest you leave it out in the weather. They are not meant to stay out in bad weather, say in the woods.I placed 1 of the houses under the carport and the other on the back porch. They use them.

No clear instructions to put it together but it’s simple enough you don’t really need them. Does keep the cat warm. Only complaint is the plastic doors. They’re super stiff and the cat refuses to go through them. That’s why I only give it 4

The cat house is sturdy and easy to assemble, but unfortunately, it was is missing two of insulation sheets

I liked the ease of putting it together. Hardest part was getting the hardboard moved within the roof.Sprayed with catnip stray & put some treats inside. Feral cat hasn’t been seen near it. But my cat snagged some of the treats. It seems weighted enough to not move too much with wind. Appearance is good and it will repel rain/sleet/snow.Yes it is good value for the money.

I only gave it four out of five stars because I haven’t actually seen the Outside cat I’m trying to take care of using it yet, but it is made of durable material and should stand up and windy and rainy weather

This fold out easy to assemble shelter is completely waterproof and easy to store when not in use. The quality is superior and is a great value. It's insulated and warm. My ferrel cats love it. I can fold it and store easily. The weight is perfect. Not heavy and not to light so it blows away.

My cat loves it,waterproof cosy inside,dont have to worry it i am out and late home. She will just go inside little house and wait or me.
