To ensure optimal performance, please follow these precautions:

3. Do not turn on the dispenser when the water bottle is empty.

I bought this as a gift for my daughter and grandchildren. Now they drink more water and waste less. They are also drinking fewer sodas. But the best part is it has a door that covers the dispensers so her 2 dogs can’t help themselves. Little Willie is dumber than Dirt if he thinks they can.

The hot water is great. Instant and hot. The cooler, however, doesn't even pretend to cool. It's at or slightly higher than room temperature.

It has a beautiful appearance but the water does not get that cold. So for me it is a little bit of a disappointment and why I gave the 4 stars.

Well made. Love the door to keep out dust. Able to use different sizes cups, mugs, & pots with ease. Hot water is definitely hot nor warm. Water doesn’t have any odd taste. Bought bought five months ago no issues! Definitely happy with unit

Está muy lindo pero lo que e notado es que no enfría el agua mucho esperemos que con el uso mejore a mi me llegó ase un día el agua caliente dale ir viendo pero la fría no dale a temperatura ambiente
