I picked up this top tube bag to hold the battery for my heated mitts while biking in cold weather, and it’s been a solid choice so far. Last winter, I used an oversized, floppy bag for my heavy battery, but this one feels much more secure and well-designed. It even has a small slot for a USB cable, which is perfect for my setup. The bag's magnetic closure is a standout feature—it’s super easy to access while riding. Just flip it open, no need to fuss with a zipper. The quality has been great, and it comes with three holes and bolts for frames with top tube fittings. The straps are well-made, and I haven’t noticed any marks on my bike, but I’m careful to avoid leaving it on 24/7 to protect the finish. My only issue is with the fit on my bike. The bag brushes against a screw assembly on my down tube when I turn the handlebars, which can be a bit annoying. A small rubber bumper at the base could fix this by creating a gap for better freedom of movement. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it might make me reconsider using the bag when I don’t need to carry a battery.Overall, it’s a great bag for long rides or events when you need extra storage. If it were a little smaller, it might earn a permanent spot on my bike!

I picked this up to keep my phone and some nutrition handy on my gravel bike. The holes in the bottom of the bag were not spaced correctly for hard mounting it so I used the included velcro straps, and now the bag moves around on the frame more than I'd like. It's made out of durable, waterproof materials, I've been caught in a few showers and my stuff stayed dry. The magnetic flap is easy to operate while riding, but closes firmly and stays in place adequately.

I've used a version with a boa strap to secure, as well as a magnetic latch with a pull-toggle kind of style. That version is so much better.

I really like this top tube bag. The quality has been good and the magnetic closure makes it easy to get in and out of while you're riding. Just flip it to the side and it's open vs screwing with a zipper. I don't leave this on my bike 24x7 because I don't want the straps screwing up the finish on my bike and 2nd, it is a pretty big bag. I use this when we are doing long rides or events and need to carry a little extra with me. It has 3 holes inside and comes with bolts for frames that have the fittings for a top tube bag already. The straps are pretty nice and I haven't seen any marks yet, but I try to be careful. Overall, great bag! If it was a little smaller, it might live on my bike permanently

I picked this up hoping that I could use it in the cold when I add my battery powered warm mitts to my bike handlebars. Last winter I had an oversized, floppy bag to hold a fairly heavy battery. I haven’t installed the mitts yet, but I am confident this bag will hold the battery perfectly! There is also a small slot for a USB cable to insert through which will be nice for my application. My one grievance with the design is that my bike has a screw assembly on the side of the down tube that brushes against this bag every time I turn the handlebars. I wish there were a way to create a small gap for freedom of movement that wouldn’t catch on the bag while still being pulled firmly against it. If there were a little rubber bumper at the base of this bag that would make contact below the screws, that would be perfect. As it is, I can handle the inconvenience but it may be enough that I choose not to use this bag when I don’t need to carry a battery.

Mostly I see this type of bag being referred to as a Top Tube Bag, but it also known as a "Bento Box" or feed bag, since a lot of people use them for food to eat while on the bike. As in, you just reach in and grab a bite while continuing to ride along. This specific bag is rigid i.e. it holds its shape due to stiff sides and cover even when empty. That is a good thing as I would not want the bag flopping over to one side, etc. The cover has a magnetic catch which works nicely. You can easily open it or close it with one hand, while riding at speed. The bag is narrow but deep, which makes sense since you would not want the bag sticking out over the sides of the top tube. That would look weird. It has enough space for quite a bit of food. Instead of stuffing my jersey pockets for a long, remote ride I will be using this bag. For a full day ride with marginal/no opprtunitiy for outside food, I typically would leave carrying 2 protein bars, pack of gels, snack size bag of cashews, and a sandwich. plus maybe a banana. All of that will fit in this bag, and it is more convenient than fishing around in your jersey pockets. This bag attaches to the bike using three velcro straps - two on the bottom to go around the bike top tube, and one to go around the headset. Although there were no instructions, I was eventualy able to figure out how the straps were meant to mount. I did have to extend one of the straps to get it to reach around the fat part of my top tube - the manufacturer would do well to make the straps longer given the dimenions of modern carbon bike tubes. Luckily a short piece of velcro ribbon does a nice job of extending these straps. The kit comes with some washers and short screws, but I have no idea what to do with those.I ended up not using the front strap as I have a light mounted around my headset and it would have interfered with that. I tried it out with the front strap and I'd say it didn't help all that much in terms of keeping the box upright. so I just ditched it.Overall the quality of the materials used is very good. I am impressed. I think the bag will hold up well.It looks good on the bike in my opinion. The only thing i would say is the brand name is a bit awkward and I'm sure people will be making jokes about what kind of bondage I am into. But I can live with that!
