Had two other shocks airline blow up after the valve. Those were old shock pumps. I got this shock pump because of reviews of where it has a two-stage valve that makes for a little air pressure loss. One important point to note is that it requires a direct line to the shock valve, so if you have a shock that has the valve going towards the frame or something like that you will not be able to get the pump screwed onto the valve.

After using the POCKET SHOCK pump a few times I questioned the accuracy of the gauge so, I cross checked the reading against two very accurate digital pressure gauges. The reading on the shock pump was 25-30 lbs. less than the two digital gauges that matched each other’s readings. It was just a couple of days past the 30 return window so, I was trying to use it to at least get “some” air in my shocks. The shock pump quickly deteriorated from not working very well to not working at all. IMO it is very cheaply built. It just looks pretty. That was a lot of money wasted on that piece of junk.

Works as it should. Compact. Quality. Doesnt let air out after properly disconnecting the pump. I'd like a better pump handle design. But the one on there gets the job done and contributes to its compactness.

Una herramienta elemental para ajuste de la suspensión de aire en bicicletas de montaña con doble suspensión o hardtail.Funciona perfecto sin perder presión en el acople o desacople de la válvula, y de fácil lectura, el botón de la liberación de presión funciona de maravilla, sólo 2~3 libras por cada presión del botón, para un ajuste más preciso.No es tan ligero como esperaba, pero es de buen tamaño para llevarlo en una mochila de hidratación o un hip pack si se requiere.Parece ser de buena durabilidad, no puedo opinar aún ya que está nueva y sólo he usado un par de veces.

This pump is compact and works better than any other pump I have tried. What makes it special is that you can add air and then release the pump with no loss of air as you disconnect it.

Love this compact shock pump. I was able to pump up both my front (~105 PSI) and rear (~300 PSI) shocks with no issues. I now own several tools from Topeak and can say that on every occasion I've been impressed with their build quality. I expect this pump to last me several years as the other items I have from them.

Not as impressive as I thought it'd be. Gauge readings are really small and close together. The extra disengage dial that's suppose to help not lose air, still losses air. It is light and compact compared to my Fox pump and does lose less air, but hard to read. Oh and the pump sliding handle comes unscrewed where it enters the main cylinder. Gotta hand tighten it every once in a while. At least my Fox pump is maintenance free.

I have pumped up the rear suspension to 215psi and has no issue at all. Using the fitting and twist tight or loose before disconnect is great because it helps to mitigate pressure loss while releasing the valve is nice for accuracy and tuning. Overall design and build seem to be decent quality and looks pretty slick. Also quite compact for ease of storing in daypack while riding.
