Everything is there that is needed to be filled in for our service calls. Keeps call's organized and easy to locate information.Only thing is the yellow carbon sheet sections are not perforated, you have to get your scissors out if you would like to take out the yellow copy.

We've been using these forms for years. Being in more of a rural setting, the electronic path is not as reliable for service calls. These books are still made with the same quality as even 10 years ago. I love them and plan to continue using them. The spiral binding hasn't become warped or unwound like I see with some spiral bound products. The carbonless copy is easy to read and provides a means of going back to research something on a customer as needed.
