a little expensive. Small pad may sneak closer to rolling jack to reach tight lift point.Assy screw on the bottom of pad is unfortunate but useable.Interesting assisted-lift in the adjusting stand. I wonder how it works inside.

My Husband says that the items appear well made with light weight aluminum materials. The chains are a little short and if the chain is twisted you will not be able to insert the pin. (They purposely make the chains short so you don't put the pins above and not in the hole). 2 more links on the chain is all that would have been needed.Unfortunately the bolts that secure the base were missing, so we will go to a hardware store and pick up 2 stainless steel Allen cap screws and lock washers which really should be the type of bolts included by the manufacturer.

I was surprised they were so light, but they were completely stable. A keeper.No problems with assembly at all. So glad I bought these.

These are nice, lightweight jack stands but there were problems right out of the box. The base attaches to the post using a screw. One of the threaded holes was drilled incorrectly. The first half dozen or so threads were way oversized and the screw would only engage threads deep down in the hole. Of course the screw was too short to make the deep engagement. That meant a trip to the hardware store to get a longer (metric) screw.Otherwise the jack stands seem really good, just annoying to fix a problem before using them. If anyone else runs into this it's an 8 x 1.25 screw.

Bon produit en genaral rien a dire cote pratique et tres bien fait leger facile a manipuler sauve petit probleme sur un poteau j ai commander deux sets et un poteau n avais pas filet pour fixer apres la basse donc ete oubliger de faire des filets pour moi pt pas un probleme serieux j ai le kit pour mais cest pas mon but modifier du neuf alors peut etre un manque de verification cote usine et le trou etais plus grand que la bolt alors ca m as pris une bolt du bon diametre 3/8 pour regler le tout mais je recommande le produit sans probleme

Use these on my Mustang. I feel a little bit safer with the pin type jack stand vs. the ratcheting type. These are light-weight so easy to move and position under the car. As a bonus, they are pretty to look at.
