These lilly pads are more expensive than many cheap online Chinese knockoffs, but you get what you pay for. The pads are vivid with natural looking veins and 100% realistic looking water droplets. In the end, how to make them looking real is really depending on the presentation. My setup is an artificial water fountain with Japanese ceremic kois and this has humored many guests thinking it was real. These lilly pads are also durable. After 10+ years the flowers part are crumbling to pieces though still presentible somehow, the pads however are still looking nice.

I took away a star as in a year, some flowers fade and green lilies do wear out. I did try another much cheaper brand and they simply came curled and very thin. This product seems to be the best of the bunch, figure two years max in a seasonal pond. Also a flower may come detached with use, but can be hot glued on. Several frogs in pond like it to sit on and they do float easily and overall look pretty. I wish there was a amazing quality brand out there, but cant seem to find any. Note this is same brand as Lowes has, but AZ seems to have a lower price. I would buy again.

They looked nice but soon as we had some rain and wind, they turned over and came apart. Would not order them again.

Thes were bought for a little outside pond. They looked nice new. Now 2 month later they lost all color and they start falling apart. Not good, not recommended but for trash can.

I bought these because i was having trouble growing my real water lilies....These seem very durable, and look real in our pond....love them! Good sizes, and the colors are vivid (and realistic...)(the fake water droplets were cute too) ; )

I bought these to add additional coverage/hiding for my goldfish. Up close the lilies look artificial, but in the pond they look very realistic. They are made from a Styrofoam type of material with fake water spots(see pics). So far I am happy with the build quality and the appearance of the product. My only concern is that this Styrofoam type material may not hold up for too long in direct sunlight and the white part of the Lilly looks like it may get dirty easily. I checked the manufactures website to see if they had any info on the material used to create these lilies but they had nothing. You can buy the lilies individually at Home Depot for $3.97 a piece plus tax which came out to be more expensive than buying it here on Amazon. I have attached a few pictures. I should also mention that the lily design that you receive may vary and not look as pictured.Edit: I ordered 2 more of these and the design is the same the only deference to the pictures I posting is that the color of the flowers are different.
