Tried to contact seller through my Amazon Prime. This was a gift for my 10 yr old grandson in CA. I live in GA. Seller wanted proof arrived damaged. My daughter said tank looks fine, but right side wheels do not turn. How does she take a Pic of that. Have not received replacement or refund.

The upgraded metal tracks and gears are the way to go for using this tank outside. I contacted the seller before hand about a larger li-ion battery, the one supplied only lasts about 20 minutes, and their response was quick and very helpful. This kit is a wonderful rendition of the World War 2 real deal. The colors are much better on the kit than the photos which is a plus. A truly great tank for the money.

Everything worked very well on this model and once I finished all the detail assembly, it looks great in the display position in my office. All functions operate well and it is great fun to operate. It is quite costly but I believe it's value is commensurate.

Runs very well can handle rough terrain easily I ordered it with the modified option so as to add some weight to the tank not disappointed the steel gear box and metal track system works well the only thing I need to improve upon is the camo paint job currently working on that otherwise a very good unit so far no complaints

We have several tanks. With this model you able to have battles.The battery that comes with the tank only last for 10 mins or less Durning a battle. So another longer lasting battery is needed.Also the tank over heats when operating the smoke effects and sounds Durning a battle the tank may stop working till it cools down.
