These do look very nice but the twist is not properly plumb. If the bottom shoe is square the top is off and Vice-versa. The shoes tell the story. And if you try for a happy medium both are off. Sad because they do look great if you don’t care about perfection.

These arrived on time and are beautiful. However, two out of the ten banisters were damaged. No option to do a partial return or ability to contact the seller, gives it this rating. I am in the middle of a renovation, so don’t want to risk a full return. Just hoping we can make what wasn’t damaged work for us.

As you can see in the pictures the spiral squares at top & bottom don't line up. I ordered 3 boxes of these and 1/3 did not align. I had to choose whether the tops or bottoms would be straight. Other than this l was happy with the finish & design. Rent a chop saw to cut these...hacksaws don't work well.

Replaced broken wooden spindles with these wrought iron ones. got two different sets, looked at some pictures and videos online, got them done. These are not as satin as you would think or imagine so don't be afraid of them being shiny, they're not. Old holes need to be patched up and a new coat of stain should make it better than new.
