I don't actually think these are too warm, but perhaps too waterproof and as a result, they don't breathe well. That produces too much sweat and they won't dry out for the rest of the day. If it's just plain cold, they will work fine. Maybe not for strenuous activity though.

I was really happy to see the quality of these gloves. My past experience with winter gloves have all come from Costco or Kohls so these are a definite step up. They're so soft when you put your hands in. They have reinforced thumb and finger that is touch screen compatible. They have wrist straps to tighten and little clips to keep the pair together when you're not wearing them. I ordered large for my husband and medium for myself (adult female) and we're both happy with the fit. We just had a huge snowstorm and I'm really happy with these gloves so far. The price is a bit high for me but they are pretty nice.

These gloves are incredibly soft on the inside, which makes them really comfortable to wear. They have both an inside drawstring and an outside strap to keep them snug and secure, which I appreciate. I didn't need the red anti-lost rope, so I just cut it off. I mostly just use them for everyday cold weather, not for skiing. I love how warm they are, and the fact that I can still use my phone's touchscreen while wearing them is a huge plus. They seem very well-made and durable. They also have a nice grip on them so you don't have to worry about dropping things. They are a great combination of warmth and functionality.

These gloves are so handy for snowy days and cold weather. I love the adjustable wrist strap to ensure a tight fit that helps on windy days. I have long slender fingers and the size small fit perfectly to my surprise. I use these to do outside chores and they are nice for shoveling snow. The inside fleece lining is soft and you can move your fingers easily to do your daily tasks. Very high quality!

Very nice quality made gloves for snow and ski. Water proof gloves are usually thick and very stiff, but these glove are flexible and relatively lightweight yet they are still very warm and comfortable. Size was perfect for me. The adjustable straps to ensure a tight fit are a plus. I had no trouble using my phone with these gloves as others have reported. Overall these are a really great pair of gloves.

The winter gloves have a nice length that completely covers the wrists and has a tightening pull cinch cord with a wrist strap to keep out the cold…the cord can be used to keep them together with the mated buckle when not in use, nice! They are made well being breathable where your fingers and palms will not as likely build up moisture which, keeps your hands warmer. These are also waterproof to keep your hands and fingers dry for additional protection from the outside moisture, very nice! They are insulated in soft Thinsulate cotton and have a fleece lining for added comfort as well as protection from the cold. You get a great grip with these and If you are a Techie or just have a cell phone, the fingertip design works with screens.Excellent value!

As winter gloves, these are great: good fit, nice and warm, and tons of adjustment options. But for touch-screens? Nope; I could not get them to register on any of my various touch-screen devices, whether or not those devices had screen protectors. If they were not billed as touch-screen gloves, I'd give them 5 stars. I really wanted to give them 3 stars, but these gloves are otherwise just too good and comfy.

These gloves arrived quickly, appropriately packaged, and in good shape. I have been through a number of gloves in my life, from inexpensive to pricey and I admit that I am impressed with these for what they offer at the price-point ($30 at time of writing). The gloves are waterproof and passed my water test with flying colors. The water beaded off. I will note, if it's important to you, that while the water didn't soak in, it stayed on the surface in smaller beads. For me, that wasn't an issue. The manufacturer indicates they are treated with Teflon and the way the water behaved is consistent with that claim. All the seams are very well constructed. The overall shape of the glove is just right for averagely proportioned hands. They are a bit bigger than expected - a medium fit my usual L/XL hands well, with just enough wiggle room to spare. So, pay attention the the sizing guides when ordering, as I had. These may be the softest waterproof gloves I have ever had. Note that they are not soft, overall, they are just soft for a waterproof glove. The outer and inner layers are not stiff and they don't restrict motion in any way. In fact, the inner fleece lining is soft and comfortable against the skin. There are lots of thoughtful features that were impressive. First, the gloves are adjustable both at the wrist and skirt cuff to ensure no cold air will seep in. There is a clip to secure both gloves together. Lastly, and I really like this feature, there is an adjustable elasticized loss-less wrist band (the red string in the product images). Many glove makers have started including this feature, but this is the first I've seen that is also adjustable. If you slip this on your wrist before putting on the gloves, you won't have to worry about securing the glove somehow if you need to take it off while out in the cold because it'll remain on your wrist.Lastly, the gloves are indeed touch-screen responsive. I tested it on my phone and was pleased with the performance. Don't expect detailed responsiveness but it is enough to answer calls.Overall, I am very pleased with these gloves and recommend them to anyone looking for a warm, affordable, comfortable pair for the winter, either for themselves or as a gift.
