INSTALLATION AND USE

1. Use the mounting plate as a template to mark the position.

2. Create two 5mm holes and insert plugs into each of them.

3. Use the provided screws to secure the mounting plate to the wall.

4. Slide the dispenser onto the mounting plate.

5. Insert the 4oc battery into the battery compartment following the proper orientation as indicated on the compartment. An alkaline battery is highly recommended.

6. Open the cover and fill the container with liquid.

7. Put your hand under the sensor at a distance of 0-10cm, and allow the dispenser to continuously operate until liquid emerges from the nozzle. (When you use the dispenser for the first time, there is air in the pump, so you need to operate it several times until the liquid falls down.)

Worked on this product for hours and could never get it to work. It says you have to prime it because air gets in it from the beginning. I attempted to prime it over hundred times. Had to throw it away and get one that really works. It says there’s customer support but there is no customer support or phone number to call.

Could never get it to prime. Used liquid soap first. Tried again with just warm water. Over 100 times. Returned and replaced with the same unit. Same thing again.

This Soap Dispenser Set, 2 Pcs for Bathrooms is the absolute best out there. It adds a touch of chic sophistication to the room. I like that it's lightweight yet so sturdy. It are just unbelievably gorgeous. I highly recommend this stunning dispenser.

Just got two of these which one works great but the other one is missing the back piece that connects to the wall and to the dispenser. I have tried to have the item switched with one with all parts or get the missing piece but will not let me.

Convenient soap dispenser! works very well with liquid sanitizer (which is what I purchased it for). this dispenser is excellent for soap as well as gel alcohol, it is light weight yet very strong and simple to set up on the wall, I love that since it is medium I do not have to refill it as often, also it works with batteries, so I got the rechargeable ones, however, I had it going for months and I did not have to change the battery yet! this is very nicely built and looks great with all the decor!
