I bought three of these motion sensor faucets and could not be happier. They are beautiful, were easy to install, well made, and work perfectly. The directions weren't very clear regarding getting the water to stay on (so the hot water could get to the faucet) vs. the water going off once hand was removed, but eventually I figured it out. Highly recommend!

The faucet itself is nice by design, good control on the handles and temperature range.The touchless feature of this faucet is clearly, I think, the main reason to install this unit and I have to say the sensor works really well as it doesn't seem too sensitive where it turns on if anyone just gets close to the sink or, the other ideal where you have to almost be touching the sensor for it to work.Setting the run time, which is triggered off the sensor was easy and given this is powered via basic battery pack makes installing this almost anywhere a breeze. I say almost anywhere because of the following reasons.1 - If you have a pedestal type sink the powering side of this faucet might be hard to install / manage depending how narrow the base (leading up to the sink bowl from the floor) is as this would making installing a power supply, batteries or wired, harder than if you had a basic cabinet type sink.2 - I've lived in some counties where the county codes for faucets are applied beyond just what the uniform plumbing code intended and they want sink faucets to be managed via a single control handle VS two. I've had this come up and I've been told by some safety inspectors that a two handle (separate hold and cold handles) go against plumbing code ASSE 1016.Uniform Plumbing Code and International Building Code, in accordance with ASSE 1016 but that wasn't true as that plumbing code is, was, or as I've understood it, only intended to apply to bath/shower faucets not sinks. So, just to be ahead of things check local codes and such before installing, this is assuming permits are needed for the work being done in your specific case.Otherwise, its a good unit, well priced and markedly low to larger name brand competitors

I really wanted to like this product. First of all, when I received the item it was obvious that it was a previously returned item that had been reshipped to me. Despite my reservations, I decided to install the faucet anyway. Installation was straight forward but when I turned on the water, I noticed a significant leak coming from underneath the faucet (in the cabinet) after the water ran for about 10 seconds. Also, when the Faucet turns off, it leaks from the spout. Neither of these locations are serviceable by the consumer. This faucet is not cheap and should not suffer from these types of catastrophic failures.

I bought two of these, and they were easy to install. The sensor and temperature control work very well. However, the problem is the locknuts, which do not fit the thread on the faucet properly. One one of the sinks it works - sort of - but the nut loses grip when you are about to finish fastening it. On the other one, it does not properly fasten the faucet which continues to wobble. I bought the spare part from GOESMO which does not even fit on the thread (although it is supposedly the same as the original).

So far I really like the faucet. I ordered 2 one for each sink. Looks great and is very functional.
