Well, it worked for a few months and now it does not work any more and I can't get replacement parts or get support here.Make sure you buy from someone who can provide replacement parts or phone / email support here.Very disappointed.

Very nice design, works good but, the sensor is aimed to high. You almost have to touch the faucet itself. It was not hard to instal.

We installed this faucet in our guest bathroom. The finish is coming off after less than 3 months of light use. No return or replacement option is available and as far as I can tell no warranty is offered from the vendor.

When I tried to install this, it turned out that the hole in my sink was too small to install it. The listing didn't say what size hole it fit, so there was no way to know from the listing.The connection points on the underside of the tap are identical and thus do not indicate which one to attach the cold water and which to attach the hot water.Once I bought a special tool and porcelain/ceramic milling attachment, I was able to bore the hole bigger, but it cost an extra $130 to install than if i had known ahead of time that the tap wouldn't fit. I got lucky and guessed the correct places to put the hot and cold lines, but it was just luck with a 50/50 chance.

I was in the process of renovating the master bathroom in my home and was looking for something like this to really modernize things. It was perfect! I was lucky enough to get some other fittings in the shower that matched so I was really happy. Only once or twice have I waved my hand under it and didn't immediately have the water turn on. The only thing that bothers me a bit is the water temperature adjustment. If this had some way or the other to be able to adjust the temperature ands free as well, that would be awesome! But you can't win them all, right? This is something that every home should have in this day and age. We've been using the same old taps for more than 100 years now and it's high time we all make the transition. I'm so convinced about this that the other two bathrooms in my house will go this way very soon. The kitchen is also another candidate and will follow soon after the bathrooms. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with this. I absolutely recommend this!
