I actually love this product. Got it about a year and a half ago. A few weeks ago, it started making a high pitch noise so I tried to trouble shoot it and find out where the issue was. There's not much documentation available for this product so I wasn't fully sure how to take it apart to check how to fix things. I was also looking for replacement parts in case I needed to change things out and I couldn't find info about the parts or how to disassemble things. If you're okay with just buying a completely new faucet to replace a broken one every couple years, this is great. But if you want something long lasting and easy to repair, you may want to consider elsewhere.

Purchased April 2022. It was great the first year then the motion sensor went out, then 9 months later the faucet makes noise and doesn't have the normal flow, we have cleaned it repeatedly. For the price it should last a lot longer.

I love this beautiful faucet. Installed 12 days ago, it preforms flawlessly. Very well made! Looks like it should easily cost double! Chinese products have vastly improved in the last decade. I wouldn't hesitate to buy this again.

Love the product, love the style. Love the ease of use. It is super functional. Best money we have spent on a faucet so far! Love the touchless feature. It makes things a lot easier.

I love this faucet. I chose to have it mounted with the handle to the side so it wouldn't be in the way. My husband installed it, it was his first time installing a sink fixture. Our sink is a little different as our house is older and I believe the previous owner did some interesting diy jobs. I'm pretty sure the install would have been easier if we had a more modern kitchen, hence the 4 star install rating. All and all though, I'm extremely happy with the fixture. No leaks, stylish, great water pressure, and I love the multiple settings.

The product seems well built and the installation proceeded just as expected for a kitchen faucet. The product generally works very well.If I have one concern about it, it's that the flex hoses that connect to the main lines seem easy to twist and pinch while being connected, leading to reduced water flow. It's been in service for a couple of weeks so far, looks good, is sturdy and working well. Hoping to see it stay that way for years to come. Would love to see it outlast the more expensive options that seem to dominate store shelves these days.

It's installed in my kitchen since many months, doesn't very good. Doesn't look or feel cheap and was able to install it myself!

The only problem I got with it, you have to activate sensor, each time you want water. It stays activate for a while, after you activate it but if you leave and come back later, you have to activate it. Something to get use to, I suppose. You can't just come up to it and turn the faucet on, you will have to leave the faucet on and turn it on and off with the sensor. I will give it 6 stars on the looks, very nice looking faucet. Just the electronics of it that needs work. Not hard to put in but you do need some knowledge, handyman so to speak. The sensor works very good, not a problem there.

I LOVE this faucet - its appearance, features, execution, ergonomics and installation. As an aged lady mechanical engineer who has painful thumb and wrist arthritis, I set the bar very high. I researched kitchen faucets for hours and am glad I did. This faucet has every nit-picky feature I wanted at less than 1/2 the cost of comparably featured faucets, with no apparent sacrifices in execution.Functionality:1.) It has rocker-style LATCHING spray and normal flow switches. No more painful thumbs depressing a momentary switched sprayer while watering orchids in the sink. This is a game changer.2.) A third, knife edge spray function blasts debris. This switch is momentary, but it's so powerful you may not want it to latch on anyway.3.) The pivoting spray head joint provides about an extra 10 degrees of rotation WITHOUT the need to pull down the spray head and bend the hose to achieve the same coverage. I can rinse my entire 24" wide sink without even pulling down the spray head.4.) The spray head redocks COMPLETELY EVERY TIME back into its nest.5.) Handle can be either LEFT side, RIGHT side or CENTER mounted. Most similarly designed faucet handles must be right or center mounted only. Left mounting is best for right-dominate people; right-handed spray manipulation while using one's left hand for flow/temperature lever adjustment.6.) Flared spray head. When your thumbs hurt like mine, you don't want a perfectly cylindrical spray head that must be gripped harder than a flared design to pull the spray head down.7.) Very smooth and easy to adjust flow/temperature lever.8.) Flexible, low friction, easy to pull spray hose. The faucet neck pivots friction-free to follow the hose. Again, great for all the manipulation needed to water orchids in the sink.Installation:1.) VERY EASY. I've installed seven faucets over my 30 years of home improvement projects. This was by far the easiest due to the U-shaped collar with jack screws and the push-to-connect spray head fitting.2.) The package contains written instructions. Additionally, the short video on the Amazon site provides all you need to know to install the faucet.3.) This faucet has 3/8" female connections intended to connect directly to a standard 3/8" male shut off valve nipple. If you need extension supply hoses, you'll find most faucet supply lines are female x female. So instead, buy a 3/8" Compression x 3/8" KC faucet supply hose, pitch the nut and ferrule on the compression end, and you'll have the 3/8" male end needed to connect to the faucet supply lines.Design & Appearance:1.) It's a beautiful timeless design. No abrupt cylinders stacked a top each other that will scream circa 2020 five years from now and be difficult to clean in the meantime. This design is graceful with the fewest joints possible to collect gunk.2.) It comes in timeless, classic Chrome for those of us who are never going to give into the stainless-steel everything trend.I hope my lengthy review helps you make your own decision.

The hardest part in installing a new faucet is removing the old one which takes time. However the new faucet was easy to install however the instructions did not provide the information on where to put the white price of the faucet while change goes underneath the sink. The faucet appears to be made well and works fine. It has a five year warranty so I would not recommend that you get an extended warranty on it. For the money it is an excellent but and so far I have had no problems with it. It is not made in America but for what they charge for this type of faucet in the United States it remains a great buy to me for the price and quality of it.

So far so good. have had it installed for about a month now good pressure, nice options on the flow. Can't beat the price considering anything comparable at anyone of the local hardware stores are 3 to 4 times the price... Hopefully it lasts.
