I’ve always bought toughbuilt tool belts and accessories but out of all the things i have bought, this one is disappointing. It’s construction is good, but you can’t use it with the clips and pouches. If you use the clips and pouches the weight will bring the belt down the pad and the clips will jam on your leg. It’s missing some retainer straps to keep the belt centered so that it doesn’t ride down the pad. The other belts have that, this does not.

Love the belt. The O rings did bend a bit after a while but I honestly expect that with any belt that has rings. Easy to add clips to and adjust waist size. Easily carry around 10-15lbs at times on the belt and my back isn't hurting at the end of the day.

First things first: this belt will adjust to a size 32 waist, my waist size, only if you slip it from the first belt loop and fold the pad over. Even then you'll have to fasten it on the tightest notch, and it'll still be a little loose.Having said that. The belt is very comfortable to wear, even fully loaded. The belt clips from the bags fit the belt snugly, but are able to be repositioned without having to remove them. I've invested a bit of money in this system now (the belt, specialist drill holster, contractor bag, and tape measure pouch,) and so far I'm well pleased. I love having the ability to take one accessory off and replace it with another. I plan to purchase the supply pouch so I can convert the belt into a framing rig, and the electricians pouch to convert the belt for electrical work. It's like having three separate setups in one comprehensive package.

Overall the belt is well built and serves its purpose. Where it fail is when it is paired with suspension rigs. When using Toughbuilt TB-CT-51P padded suspenders the inner belt just collapses under the weight where the attachment loops hold the belt just defeating the purpose of suspenders in the first place. The solution would be an inner belt with a dual layer and a hard insert so as to suspend the rig and also the pouch's clipped to it. As to the company when I call customer service I get nowhere. I have had a couple of problems with the level I purchased and the red tape to exercise the warranty is not worth the trouble. Just sold over 20 piece of packout and after this experience it will not be stacktech as a replacement.

Durable, and would be comfortable is it was just a bit smaller.It says it's from 32-48, but I think it's maybe for 36-48.

First and foremost this belt is outstanding so far and I’m only a week into it. Prior to this belt I had purchased the tradesman variant which I simply didn’t like due to the zipper extension for the heftier folk(I’m a size 40 waist) and that buckle. I just dislike that buckle so much. Now this one it’s a simple and effective. I literally where the belt all day and just start clipping on the pouches depending the job. I no longer have backaches anymore since using this belt. Now the only problem I can see for some, is the fact there aren’t that many holes. So if your too thin or too big that may be a problem for you. I will update my review within the month .
