My wife got this from Bed Bath & Beyond and thought it would be great in reducing carbon footprint but leaving it out to charge via sun doesn't give this power pack any juice to charge up our phones. Sure, there's enough power to use as a flashlight, but the point was to charge our phones after having the power pack charged via the sun. Not worth the money. It's basically a $90 flashlight. What a rip!!!

Has anyone had an issue with the USB port not accepting an iPhone wire? And yes it’s not upside down

Slow charger, the battery dies fast, and even if you leave it charging over night it does not fully charge.

Arrived with a slight bow in the solar panel face. Did not use immediately. A couple months later, in taking it out for a trip, I find that the bow was from battery swelling. case is cracked. So now I see it arrived broken. Too late to get it fixed now though. Also, would not be safe to even ship back. Loved this company's charging cables, but have lost faith.

Battery is not as durable as you might think. Mine developed a crack on the case and I've never dropped it. Also, directions say to not expose to direct sunlight which makes charging the battery via solar next to impossible. I left mine in indirect sunlight for an entire day and it did not charge. The capacity is good and it charges devices quickly, but you can have that in a less expensive battery. Really disappointed in this product.
