Love this. My wife, from my suggestion as a Christmas gift, got me one for one of my rifles, so when I bought another rifle, I bought another sling, just different color. The stitching seems well done, no fraying in the threads. The thumb hole is such a nice feature, one that has been overlooked for centuries it seems. Such a small thing makes a huge impact on the comfort of holding the strap while carrying your rifle on your shoulder. The thickness of the shoulder pad makes for a comfortable carry as well plus it don't dig into you

I put this sling on a TIKKA 6.5 CREEDMOOR. Well built. Looks good. Should last for years. The thumb hole may be a bit small for folks with a larger hand, especially when wearing a glove in the cooler fall hunting weather. The shell loops were too snug for a 6.5 casing. I removed the loops. Sling still looks good with this part removed. Yes I would recommend this sling.

Looks amazing. Great craftsmanship and quality hardware. I love how adjustable the length is. Hold 45-70 rounds perfectly. Thumb loop is not as nice as a brown sling of theirs I have, but I don’t expect it’ll be problematic.

The quality of the sling is great. Looks and feels like good heavyleather The swivels aren't real good feeling though. Kind sloppy and weak maybe. I'm replacing them with a set from uncle Mike to be sure. Would definitely recommend the sling!
