No issues with tearing when stretched, and they look good on the racket. Build quality seems solid.

I needed to replace the band that I accidentally sliced through when opening the packaging on my new paddle. This was perfect for the job. Keeps my over-grip snugly in place.

What I like about these is they are super light but do the job. I feel like they haven’t changed the swing weight balance which is what I was hoping. They just do the job of keeping your grip tape from fraying and coming loose.

What could possibly go wrong with little more than a rubber band? No much, and there is nothing wrong with these, except the price. Five bucks for two rubber bands is way too much.

With some replacement grips, these rubber or silicone bands come as part of the package. Unfortunately, some Babolat replacement grips I recently purchased didn't have new grip bands included, so I bought these (I couldn't find branded Babolat ones that were sold separately except on Amazon USA).If you're a tennis player looking at these then you probably already know what they're for, but just in case you don't then they are a band that goes on the handle of the racket, round the top edge of the grips to make a neater finish and to stop the grips from peeling off. Most grips have a thin strip of adhesive tape around the top too, and these go over the top of that to make a better finish. When changing the grips, sometimes they can just be rolled up out of the way and then re-used, but sometimes - as in my case - it snapped so I had to find some replacement.

The tape kept peeling off my grip and I always fidgeted with it during play. It was annoying enough for me to look for something to solve this problem. I saw that manufacturers like Technifibre included grip bands with their racquets and thought there must be something out there for the rest of us. Glad to have found the grip bands. I still use the grip tape though. I just place the grip band over top of the tape to make sure it doesn't peel off. All-in-all a great product that will last forever.
