I got these for my job as a phlebotomist at a blood bank. They're amazing once you get the hang of using them. If you're used to rubber tourniquets, I recommend practicing putting them on yourself and a friend to get used to how tight to tie them. Donors frequently comment on them, telling me that they're much more comfortable. I usually throw them in the washer and dryer with my scrubs after work and they've held up great after about a month of use. They're much gentler on older donors' skin. I've never run into issues with these pinching or tearing their thinner skin. It can be hard to keep a rubber tourniquet from rolling on donors with arms that don't have a lot of muscle, but these keep the squishier arms comfy and stay in place without any hassle. They're also easy to get the hang of using if you're not used to them. Overall I'm impressed with them, and if I eventually wear them out, I plan to repurchase.

If you're looking for longevity in your tourniquet, and you plan on using them on a regular basis, I would most likely suggest you continue your search. But, if quantity is what your after for your buck, then look no further! All but 3 of mine have broken in the same exact way after about a week to 2 weeks of use. Albeit, I probably share a bit of the blame for over tightening them. Also, don't expect the colors pictured. Color choice seems to be random and up to chance. These are fine for your first aide kit, or to carry with you for outdoor excursions, but if you're planning any sort of long term,excessive use, Ive used other ones that have lasted much longer through much more.
