As many others complained, badly damaged box and some missing hardware. The assembly instructions were useless except to decipher what parts and hardware were to be included. If you're not handy or good at DIY get a better product.

Item packaging was damaged. Because of damaged packaging, some hardware was missing and the pad upholstery was torn at the seams. open box also showed signs of water damage. I don't intend to get a replacement, but would welcome a discount for my troubles in replacing lost hardware and fixing the uphostry padding. The assembly instructions were also hard to read due to poor printing and damage.

This is worth the money. It appears to be well built overall but not perfect because a few bolts are almost too short and others are a hair too long.Yes the instructions are horrible but if they would make lighter copies of the photos in the instructions it would help to make out the fine details of the assembly.Let's be honest here... If you can't put it together using the original photo on Amazon you probably shouldn't try to tackle the job you purchased it for. There are a few lock washers that I left off because the bolts were too short but the nuts are already locking nut anyway so it was overkill.Honestly if you were to purchase one from the big professional companies it would come with better instructions and a cool sticker but still would have minor details that would make you question if it was worth the huge money difference.** Pay attention to the locking bar where it locks into the lower legs.It is almost the same width as the legs and can keep it from locking fully in place on both sides. This is easily fixed by paying attention to make sure it is fully seated before use.
