From the 2 times we’ve used it everything seems to be working perfectly fine. Super easy to use, I mean clearly you just put in on the car you’re towing. I have a 2020 ford f350 dually and it’s compatible, no extra wiring. Pretty bright specially at night. It’s expensive but totally worth it.

Great light bar quality is great just need better glue to hold magnets in place mine came off same day using it maybe need a stronger glue or liquid nail or something that holds the bond better

I ordered this product on the 11th of June 2022. The product arrived the 19th of the June. Unfortunately I decided to return the item before I had a chance to use it, so I can't comment on the product itself. However, The store that offers this item is a buyer Beware case for sure. I bought the product, unboxed it expecting to use it, but again never got the chance to too. I then requested a return label and a refund since I was no longer towing cars so there was no need for the product anymore period. Once I boxed up the unit, I made sure to include the Original Manual, the Fuses, the Lightbar, the Charger Cord, and the Rubber Feet that were all included in the package. I dropped it off at UPS for the return shipping and on July 7th a refund of $123.28 was charged back into my account. The price of the product was $237.50. I paid just over $250 including the tax. I was questioning there must have been some sort of mistake since Manufacturer Express refunded me 49% of what I originally paid. Upon contacting the store, I received a message back. "David, Light bar was returned used. Original for that holds transmitter,charger and fuses is missing. Transmitter is broken and unusable, Transmitter cost is $120.00 We have to adjust for damages." Following this message was the two pictures of the "DAMAGED" Transmitter as you see above. Now, of course since this company has their product back there is no way for me to test the transmitter to be sure what they say is correct. But if that's the case, they sent me a transmitter that didn't work since I never used the unit. This is the type of customer service you can expect from Manufacturer Express. Personally I would never buy from them again. I will buy a TowMate from Zips. I wouldn't waste your time here.

Got this to tow a Fiat 500 behind my motorhome. Didn't want to deal with the wiring, so figured that I would give wireless a chance. The lights are American made and the company makes lights used by towing companies. Anyhow, first trip was 11 hours. The battery lasted that long and then some. The wireless transmitter worked flawlessly. I used a zip tie to secure the transmitter to the RV. Lots of bumps going up I-5 and the light bar on the car didn't move a bit. I did secure it with some velcro straps to the antenna assembly. It took about 4 hours to recharge the light bar battery back to a full charge.
