Monitor minimum and maximum temperatures at a single glance
The large digit thermometer is designed for monitoring freezers, water baths, heating blocks, incubators, refrigerators and other general-purpose applications. Triple display simultaneously shows currnet, maximum, minimum, and current probe temperatures plus room temperature.
Min/max monitors low/high readings throughout the day, resetting each day. Alarm feature provides alert when temperature rises above or falls below a set point. Alarm is programmable in 1° increments.

In the Question Section, the temperature range that is given is incorrect, actual range is -58 to 158F. I need to go to at least 212F. Will return unit.Bob H.

We left a bit of frozen food in our freezer in a winter home. Bought this to record the overall highest temp over the summer and through any southwest power outages. Would not eat any food that had thawed. Checked when we returned. Highest temp looked satisfactory. Upon closer inspection some beef looked off. Highest temp recorded must have been ONLY since the last time that the house sitter had opened the freezer door.Would love to know if someone has found a way to review all high temps recorded over the 6 months that we were gone. I know there are other models that will do this. We disconnect Wifi while the house is empty so they will not work for us.

The Seller sent a digital thermometer device that was out of date & expired. This was designated for for an important vaccine project. Both the sticker and the calibration certificate showed that this device had expired months back. The company should have had better quality control procedures in-place to avoid these mistakes. The oversight was caught by our internal project auditors. Unfortunately this issue has caused me much unnecessary grief.I am waiting for the seller to make this right, and promptly provide a replacement device that that has 2 working years before expiration. This has been a huge headache and a waist of my time so far...we will see what happens next.
