I bought this item so I could train for some time because a junior Olympic event was coming and I thought they were fine, I just didn't realize how small the blocks were where you put your feet. If I knew better I most likely would have gotten a different blocks with a larger area so it would be comfortable for me to push off. Other than that the blocks are great, and I still use them.

The product isn’t real metal, it’s some other material painted metallic and not durable. They resemble some professional track spikes that most people have seen before, but don’t be fooled they are not the same nor are they the same quality. I was very excited about these because they were more expensive than most other blocks online so I assumed they would be worth it. I opened the package and the poor quality material of one of the base parts of the pedals was completely off making the entire pedal unusable. I returned immediately.
