they were shipped super delicately and are just so pretty. I also love the box they come in for protection/transportation. overall, gorgeous set, and great quality for the price.

UPDATE: EXTREMELY SLOW PROCESSING REFUND! Returned April 25th and still waiting to be refunded.I ordered the white set and the print/design on the tea set was faded in spots. The handle is also cheap plastic. I ordered a replacement and they sent the black set. I returned both for a refund.
