I absolutely love this flavor! The mint and chamomile is such a nice combo. This is my favorite brand for this flavor because I find it to be more potent than other brands. I can really taste the mint which is nice. It’s so relaxing and helps me fall asleep fast!

This tea is exactly as described. It produces a calming effect. It’s very effective and the taste is wonderful. The aroma is soothing.I use it a couple hours before I go to sleep. This is a wonderful brand and very reputable. The price for the amount of teabags in the box is well worth what I paid. I do recommend.
