Great looking jacket

The Bad: The jacket arrived a couple of weeks late, which I could deal with, but it was badly packed, jammed as tight as possible into the smallest possible package. I couldn't even re-pack it for return using the same bag. The jacket was ruined even before it arrived. It was just a wrinkled, creased mess, its fringe curled. It was advertised being made in and sold from the US. It is not. It's made in and shipped from Pakistan. It's also not "top leather," but rather a light, middling quality. It had some of that new leather aroma, but also an odd chemical smell that didn't dissipate after airing for over 24 hours.The Good: the jacket fit well, and as described. If you're a 2x or 3x in an accurate US size, the 5x should fit. The seller recommended this size after I sent him my measurements and he was spot on. That has never happened in my experience in anything I ever bought from Pakistan. It's a lightweight, casual jacket so its description as a kind of go anywhere, do anything, such as motorcycling, is ambitious. For biking, I'd prefer a zipper rather than buttons. The plastic buttons are ok, and look securely sewn, but an upgrade here would help. Also, perhaps another button at the neckline would be good if you really want to stop the wind.Upgrade the buttons and properly pack the jacket, laid flat (not folded) in a box so it arrives wrinkle free with straight fringe and I might consider buying again.

Cool jacket. Fun for western weddings or just for casual wear. I will say fringe on this jacket was a little much for me. To improve this I cut the fringe off the bottom and trimmed about an 1 1/2 off everywhere else. I like it a lot more now. Fits well, feels durable. If your thinking about ordering this item go for it.

This was a nostalgia buy for me. I had a fringe jacket many years ago that I wore regularly and I've wanted a replacement for some time. Happily enough, this new fringe jacket is far superior to my old one both in construction and fit. I am genuinely pleased with the quality. Highly recommended.
