We personally conduct extensive, rigorous field-testing in Glacier National Park and the Bob Marshall Wilderness on all of our products before we sell them.
Why Use a Highline Setup?
A highline is simply a length of rope stretched between two trees to which you have tied your stock. This gives your stock free range of controlled motion - they can walk around in a circle, lie down and even roll after a long day on the trail. Stock is much more at ease on a high-line than tied to a hitch-rail or a tree.
Highlines are strongly recommended by Leave No Trace Backcountry Ethics, National State Parks and BLM lands so that trees are not girdled.
