We have had the 12 foot tranpoline for 2 years and we haven’t had any complaints! It was simple to put together and we didn’t run into any issues. I like the netting and how it’s secure but also easy to pull back to reveal small holes, which is easier for cleaning up leaves and small twigs on the mat. My son ripped most of the styrofoam protectors for the metal poles 😏 really happy with our purchase and I highly recommend.

I was surprised how perfect this is for younger children or even for me to exercise. Very sturdy and durable. I’m not petite and I’m not afraid it will break. Perfect if you don’t want your whole backyard space take up.

Once put together, it's really nice. However, the instructions are lacking. Instructions are vague and hard to understand. Of the 3 I've put together, this one was the hardest and took the longest. If you have your own tools and are not reliant on the ones provided, you will have an easier time. With that said, the quality on this is top notch and one of the nicer ones you can buy.

The trampoline itself is fine it’s the instructions that are not! Terrible time putting this together but it did make the children smile so the frustration was worth it. If I had anything negative to say it would definitely be because of such bad instructions. Positive note, the trampoline is durable, solid and fun!

Received this trampoline a few days ago. There was a hiccup in the shipping but the communication with the seller was smooth and the issue was resolved quickly. The shipment was carefully packaged. The installation was straightforward with the included tools and installation instructions. The product quality seems good given the relatively low price. My kids could not wait to get on it and jumped for a couple of hours right after installation. The frame is sturdy and bounce force is strong. The net and stairs are good safety features to prevent falling. So far very happy with the purchase; definitely recommend this product.

My kids were super excited when the trampoline arrived!! As we read thru the instructions and attempt to assemble the pieces together, there were no instructions on the nuts and bolts. We could have guessed it, but why pay so much for something that came with poor instructions. We contacted customer service right away for guidance with a video or better instructions. Customer service was quick with a response. They sent us a better instruction pamphlet in PDF form. Why wasn’t this included in the box!!?? In addition, the steps are not in order causing us to loosen previous steps in order to put the net up.Quality: I will give it a 3. A few of the poles came damage, so we had to hammer it into the connection piece and same with the connection piece, there were a few damage. The strap that are suppose to go on top of the poles, well, they do not hold the clip. So a result, we had to zip tie the strap to the pole.

Very large and indeed a valuable product. Follow the instructions and very easy to set up with simple of steps. My kids really enjoy playing together in it, and very strong and good elasticity. Absolutely high Recommended and having fun with the whole family.
