Works great on chevy 4l60 transmission valve plates. It fixes worn out valve seats and reinforces the valve alot I would recommend installing these inserts on every valve seat they will last forever and keep the valves from sticking in the plate these should be in the plate from the factory.

Worked great, just use a 1/4" drill bit.
