So far so good only complaint is the internal oil filter doesn't fit right. I had to use the old adapter screw then it threaded in better but the lip was touching the valve body making it hard to screw in.

Four parts: cooler filter, main fluid filter, fitting, gasket. You don't need a gasket on 45RFE, rtv alone is recommended and works for me. The cooler filter is just a tad wider than the oem and is a mother to get on. The fitting is ok i guess but has a plastic edge vs the metal edge of an oem. The thing that will keep you from using this product is that the down-facing port on the main filter is too long and you will not get the pan back on. An oem is ( i am guessing) a half inch or so shorter. You might use this product on a "deep" pan, if you don't mind the other faults. Turned a 45-minute job into a couple days time. And, having installed it partially, cannot do a return. Beer money gone!

The gasket is so much nicer than messing with silicone. You can torque the pan down, fill the transmission, and go test drive it without needing to wait for the silicone to cure.

This kit is affordable and in my opinion,the filters are OEM quality. The pan gasket is a big plus as Mopar uses silicone sealant instead of a gasket. It's been my experience that silicone sealant can leak if the transmission isn't perfectly clean when installing the pan.

these filters fit my 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee limited 4.7 liter perfectly. No problems at all. For future reference, the Jeeps do not require the rubber gasket. When they come off of the assembly line, Dodge just used the red silicone gasket sealer instesd of the rubber gasket.
