Rubber seals on the bearings make them virtually maintenance free. Easy, bolt-on good looks in red, blue or green anodizing. Great product design and performance. I don’t understand why they don’t make a car with these upgrades already installed from traxxas! They are a must with kid drivers.

So far, they’re great. The kids have crashed the Traxxas several times and it’s holding up well. Plus the anodized finish looks awesome. The only downside is the price of these components, but you get what you pay for.

These anodized aluminum front steering blocks are outstanding - this is the first upgrade that we would recommend you do right away. Changing these out for the nylon-based OEM blocks that use bushing is an excellent upgrade. Not only do you get a much stronger piece of gear, but you also greatly improve speed and handling since these are bearing, not bushing, based.Does not matter if you prefer bashing or road racing, this is a swap out that you want to make pronto. These blocks are light but strong and the bearings are good, and they are in a Traxxas Bandit right now -- and the Bandit is really flying now.The availability of replacement parts for the Bandit, like these Traxxas upgraded blocks, greatly exceeded our expectations. These Traxxas cars and parts have been, and continue to be, an outstanding learning experience for him and that has been a blast to watch evolve.Try these aluminum blocks and bearings - you will be happy with the performance and the look.Go for it and have fun!

These are the first item to go on Traxxas vehicles, I've seen it a dozen times. New/Beginner's should purchase these at the same time as they do their vehicle, you can break plastic ones the first time you run it! The vehicles are fast, and hit hard, typically they have no formidable bumper and more of a chance that you'll run full speed into something solid.
