Great purchase. Our Bowflex broke in this section (or worn down over the past 8 years) and this replacement part was better than the original. The wheels for the glider are vinyl rather than rubber, so they won't wear down over time.

These rollers fit my BowFlex M3 Max Trainer perfectly. The glide path with the new rollers has the trainer operating like brand new. Installation was straightforward and easy.

Installation was a little frustrating at first, but I figured it out. Pay attention to the old wheel as you remove it because you'll see that the metal spindle that goes through the middle has a small lip on one end and you'll want to make sure the install the new one the same way.I noticed that the bolts on this one are about 50% longer than the OEM wheel. I don't know whether that will make it more stable, but it couldn't hurt.I do recommend having some proper lubricant handy because you will notice some increased friction with the new wheel at first.

Old rollers started squeaking pretty bad during use to the point I had to use earbuds to block it out. Put these on the M3 instead and not only did they fit perfectly but it now glides so much smoother and very quietly. Would definitely recommend.
