I used these on my SCX10III kit. The SCX10III JLU kit was designed more on the scale side I feel and doesn't perform as well as the SCX10II for hardcore lines. The motor sits up higher, so any weight you can add down low to counter that helps. These definitely helped with keeping my SCX10III planted. Treal also makes some pretty nice parts, and the fit and finish were good.

Treal is my go to brand for most of my builds when it comes to upgrading plastic parts to metal. It may cost more than some other options, but I feel the price is justified by the attention to detail and quality of the machining. If you want a hassle free, install, always choose top brands. If you don’t mind working on fitment, you can save some money by using a cheaper product but for me, my time is worth more than the few extra dollars it costs for quality parts. The additional weight is noticeable upfront, and I like the expandable tune-ability treal offers with the outer portal covers and add on hanging weight system making it easy to dial in your desired forward, weight bias. Once again, it may cost more than some other options but you get what you pay for and this is top notch. I have purchased other top tier brands for this exact part on my other builds from the likes of Vitavon and Super Shafty so I have experience with other quality parts and I assure you this is right up there. I may even prefer these to the others I have.
