- Open Smartlife/Treatlife APP and log in
- Power on your switch, press and hold the on/off button for 5 seconds until the red indicator light blinks rapidly, then hold the button again for 5 seconds until it blinks slowly
- Follow in-app instruction and link to 2.4G hotspot
Three-way Master Dimmer Switches
Three-way master dimmer switches allow you to replace a current three-way setup in a hallway and use the other master switch in a bedroom.
Control 1% to 100% brightness of 1 light from 2 places just by sliding your fingers up and down, control them even when you aren’t home. Dimmers give you the wonderful feature of dimming the lights from your phone.

APP Remote Control
With the Treatlife APP, you can use your phone anywhere to check that lights are turned off when you are away and turn them off remotely if anyone accidentally leaves them on.
Schedule and Timer
Set a schedule using the APP to change the brightness or turn on or off. It's nice to have a timer that will make the lights on when you get home at night.
Group Control
You can add a group of Treatlife smart dimmer switch in the APP and turn on all lights in the house with one click, share the device to your family members.
Q1: The switch isn’t functioning properly. What should I do?
If the switch isn’t working after installation, please check all wires are securely connected and that the wire caps are tightly fastened. Loose connections can prevent the switch from receiving power, causing malfunctions. Confirm that the neutral wire is properly connected. For detailed troubleshooting steps, refer to the user manual or contact our support team for assistance.
Q2: How do I properly install and use the 3-Way smart dimmer switch?
A: The 3-Way Smart Dimmer Switch can function as either a 3-way switch or a single-pole main switch. If you install it in a 3-way, identify and replace only one of the two existing 3-way switches. The other switch must remain a standard (non-smart) 3-way switch—do not use two smart switches in the same circuit. Install the smart switch on the power source side, where the power source enters the circuit. Wiring it on the wrong side will cause it to malfunction.
Q3: The switch makes the light flicker. What could be the issue?
A: Ensure you are using non-smart dimmable bulbs. The switch supports dimmable LED (max 150W), halogen/incandescent (max 400W), and CFL (max 150W) bulbs. Non-dimmable bulbs may fail to adjust brightness properly and light with remote or smart light may lead to flicker.
Q4: The switch won’t connect to Wi-Fi. What should I check?
A: Ensure that your Wi-Fi is set to 2.4GHz, as the switch does not support 5GHz networks. Also, place the router closer to the switch for a stronger signal. If the issue persists, restart your router and try resetting the switch.
Q5: The switch is not connecting to Alexa or is unresponsive. What should I do?
A: First, make sure the switch is successfully connected and is online in the app before linking it to Alexa. Then, check that the correct Alexa skill is enabled and the device is properly linked in the Alexa app. If the switch is still unresponsive, try re-discovering devices in Alexa, restart both the switch and Echo device, and ensure your 2.4G Wi-Fi connection is stable.

I just installed it and it's been to long to send it back. I can't get it to work properly with Alexa. It works with the app file but Alexa only turns it on when I say "Alexa turn the garage light off". I'm kind of a expert on this stuff and this one doesn't work like it should. I've put it on the network twice now and it doesn't work like it should.

It's pretty rare to find a product that does it100% right. I installed 2 smart dimmers, one for a 1-way wall lightswitch, and one for a 3-way wall lightswitch. I then added the skill to Alexa, and bam!: it worked like a charm the first time around. The instructions are unusually clear, and on top of that, they come in a color manual with installation diagrams that show you exactly how to connect it. I usually don't have time to write detailed reviews, but in this case, I had to share the quality of the product, and the rare perfect instruction manual.

Easy to install. Works great. Love the touch to dim feature. Love the light to show the level of dimness . Yet the WiFi indicator light is too strong. It is a light source in a dark bedroom. It is too bright and we can’t sleep

These three-way switches look and work great, are affordable, and are simple to install in a modern standard sized switchbox. They also eliminate the need for the second or third 'add on switch' that some name brand smart switches require in a three or four way circuit which greatly contributes to their value and ease of installation. If you have a more compact box you may want to measure first before jumping in as these are a bit bulky and of course you will need a neutral wire.The swipe to dim design is intuitive, and responsive. They play well with Smart Things, Alexa, and Google Home. I also really like their combination fan and light controllers for rooms with ceiling fans which eliminate the need for seperate switches and therefore can actually save space in the switchbox.I'll be buying more of these to complete my smart home project.

Really impressed with the quality and comparability with Alexa & Google Home. Love the ease of installation and the ease of connectivity to the hone network. Really like the ability to adjust the brightness of all 7 basement smart switches either through Google or Alexa. Such a great product. It nice to leave the room and just say “Hey Google! Turn off all basement lights”, and off they go!!! You can also control everything on the vendors APP. I did blow one 3 way switch, but that was my fault. Turn off the power before you use a metal screwdriver to bend an old 3 way switch to align the face plate. I accidentally hit the live manual switch + terminal and shorted to ground! Result…1 dead smart switch.

I bought a smart outlet from this brand for my string lights a while ago, so I decided to give this switch a shot for some permanent lighting.The switch installed like any other 3 way switch, although it can also just be used as a single pole switch too. The actual button press feels like clicking a computer mouse instead of a traditional switch that kind of flips. After I got it wired and the lights were working I opened the app on my phone. It was pretty intuitive to follow the directions in the app to add the new switch.Works like a charm! It responds quickly to remote requests and is a good smart switch overall. It isn't natively HomeKit enabled, but you can use the Tuya HomeBridge plugin.
