These worked well for organizers on my truck. But it was hard to cut due to the thickness. That’s on me though, because I should have looked at it before ordering. But if you’re looking for sturdy and firm material to organize, this is it.

I use this to protect my video equipment. This is much better than the pull away foam. I can cut out a perfect shape.

These are very dense, if that's what you need. Much preferred over a lot of the more thin options out there.

I have been slowly working to nest many of the draws in my tool boxes. It makes a place for each tool so I know where to find it and can tell when its not in the draw. Even better the tools don't slide back in the draw every time its closed. More often than not they all end up piled up against the back of the draw like driftwood. These pieces of foam are perfect for my smaller draws and will allow me to continue to get my tools better organized. I also learned from another review of some "Kaizen" foam that in the same way that you can pick out the sections where you want to next a tool, you can also split the sheets in half and get twice the coverage area. This is great especially for living shallow draws or for nesting smaller tools that don't require the 2" thickness. The foam splits fairly easily and any of the raggedness left over ends up on the bottom any way. Definitely a great product for this purpose.
