My new regulator was twisting my second stage in my mouth, causing some fatigue and rubbing on my gums. This solved those problems. This is a comfort item that you'll wonder why you didn't get sooner.

I like to use a 44” primary and these really make it work even better. They can adapt to any angle and really keep the stress of the reg and mouthpiece. Good quality and extra o-rings included in case you need to change them out.

RIGHT ITEM; RIGHT PRICE; EXPEDITIOUS DELIVERY; WORKS WELL ON MY SECOND STAGE REGULATORS TO WHICH I CONNECT A QUICK CONNECT FOR INTERCHANGEABLITY; I HAVE STARTED TO USE THIS NOW ON MY FIRST STAGE LP PORTS FOR INTERCHANGEABILITY DEPENDING ON MY TANK(S) AND PONY RIGS. ALOT LESS EXPENSIVE THAN WHAT APPEARS TO BE A SIMILAR OFFERING BY ANOTHER NAME BRANDED COMPANY. VERY USEFUL WITH LESS HOSE TENSION AS WELL

Have dove with it for 38 dives. It works great. I have had no problem with the weight. I also use a SeaCure mouthpiece and a MiFlex hose. The combination pretty much eliminates jaw fatigue. I typically dive liveaboards doing four dives a day. Certainly worth it to avoid the sore jaw or chaffing from the mouthpiece pulling to one side.

The swivels (i bought 2) work good and are well made. They come with a set of spare o-rings and the price is unbeatable. They weigh a little due to the rugged metal construction, but ALL of these type of swivels weigh about the same. The person that complained about it may notice the extra weight on the lightweight all-plastic oceanic GT3 reg and his disappointment might be due to the description. In most cases the hose is the cause for discomfort. They can be too long, too stiff, or mounted in a wrong angle. To fix this, align the hose and/or replace it with a braided hose (i.e. Miflex), that costs about the same, doesn't add weight, and brings the same result in THIS application. These swivels were originally intended for tech applications with long hoses and similar applications. I use them for sidemount diving where the hoses are routed totally different than in recreational diving and it is not always possible to get good ergonomics with just the hose. That's where these guys come in...For recreational diving with a back mounted cylinder, i recommend the flexible hoses...

Woks well but the swivel has to be directed so it makes the move, not nice.
