This elastic is so horribly faded, that it no longer the color I ordered! I'll be lucky to get 6" that doesn't look like it's been tie dyed. I'm fine with it being "Scrap", but expected it to be the color I ordered!

The quantity of the elastic was good. I didn’t need a lot. I thought it was a darker navy blue but it seems more on the light side. It didn’t match the material I was using it for but that was ok because it wasn’t going to be seen anyhow.
