The brass and stainless steel build feels super solid, and after weeks of use, there’s not a single leak thanks to those thick rubber gaskets. I love how easy it is to pop the drain open or closed with just a light press—my mom even commented on how simple it is for her to use. Cleaning’s a cinch too, just unscrew the plug and done. The only thing that the chrome finish shows water spots sometimes, but a quick wipe keeps it shining. Totally worth it!

When I attempted to switch between the shower and the bath, I had to virtually force the lever into position since the ancient mechanism kept sticking, and the faceplate seemed to have seen better days. I made the decision that it was time to take the leap and do a fast home repair fix rather than engaging the services of a professional plumber, which I believe can be very expensive for something that is pretty straightforward like this. On account of the fact that I am not exactly an expert in plumbing, I was a little anxious about whether or not I would be able to manage the installation on my own. On the other hand, the procedure ended up being simpler than I had thought it to be. The directions were fairly straightforward to understand, which helped to alleviate some of the initial nervousness I was experiencing. It did not need any specialized instruments. I believe that a device that is well-designed may significantly assist amateurs like me in doing minor repairs without causing us an excessive amount of aggravation. During the process of working through the stages, I was thankful for the universal thread compatibility. This was because my house is older, and I was uncertain as to whether or not the hardware that was already there would be compatible with any standard kit. Thankfully, this trim kit did not cause any strange alignment concerns and fit just where it was supposed to.

This is such a nice brushed nickel shower item. My bath faucet, hand shower, and sink faucet are also brushed nickel. I love that it matches all my fixtures perfectly! Can’t wait to install it in. I prefer this hair catcher item versus the one you just push down with your toes. Gotta catch all the crazy hair lol! I tested for the fitting and it fits perfectly! Can’t wait to see the finish touch. 😋👍🏼

Had to change the hardware on the tub to match the shower head and spigot. This matched perfect and fit heat as well. Good quality.
