Exact replacement for the one in my fifth wheel. Ten minutes of work installing it and slides and levelers are working great. $110.00 less than dealership for same part. Bought another for a spare, never know.

Unfortunately the product failed after 35 days and just outside the return window.I am not seeing a way to claim a warranty return but if someone contacts me I will update this review.The manufacture date on the device is 2022 so maybe it was stored improperly but no way to know how it failed without taking it apart.I would look for another vendor.
