The helmet is defective. A bolt came off. I called Troxel, they said because it was purchased through Amazon, I had to call Amazon. Amazon said it was sold through a third party seller. Amazon gave me the number of the seller, and it is a phone number that does not work. I just need to have the warranty portion upheld. This is ridiculous!

Just what we needed for horseback riding. My daughter is a small 10 yr old and it is almost too big but adjusts well. Hopefully we will get a few years of wear. She says it is comfy and she loves the color
