I'm 6', 183lbs, 34" waist, and an avid cyclist. These fit perfect. I ride the trails in the Santa Cruz mountains, which makes me get in and out of the saddle often, with a non-elastic waist band secured by a riveted button, they stay in place. The pants are a jean design, and on the right side there is a zippered pocket that sits next to my hamstring for my phone, what a great design for keeping your phone out of the way of moving parts. On the left side there is another zippered smaller pocket for your espresso money or keys.
