This product is very basic and not worth the price. Even the size L is too small, fitting more like a kids' size. It's unusable for adults and feels more like a children's item or a beginner's accessory

Purchased Yth Md and Yth Lg, as there was no size chart available. I attached a picture of the size chart. Bicep measured 8” but couldn’t get Yth Md on at all. Yth Lg fit great. Hope this helps others with fit! These are great elbow pads… my older teen has been using adult version for over a year. Comfortable and protective, not hot/sweaty.
