I ordered these for use on a catalog I print from home. Since I can't print full bleeds, the edges are white. Before, I had used a black comb and it looked pretty obtrusive. The clear looks much nicer (kinda sexy!). One customer said he thought they were a bit flimsier than solid color plastic combs. I hardly noticed. I use a GBC CombBind C12. The combs were great. This was the only place I could find clear, and the price is more than reasonable...probably less than half what you'd pay in popular office supply retailers' stores. Oh, and they gave me a free branded letter opener--nice touch!
