I got them out of the mailbox, opened them up, inspected them and was very happy. Then my dog crapped, I picked it up with a doggy poopy bag and promptly tossed the crap and the brass guys right into the dumpster! Another side effect of smoking too much pot, people!

I bought these specifically for dinner menus, and they look fantastic. They're fairly easy to assemble as you just screw the 2 parts together by hand then tighten with a penny or some other coin.Positives:+ Very classy look+ Easy to assemble+ Good quantity, each comes with 100 sets (screw + screw post) and I only ended up using about 60 sets for 20 menus. Still have 30+ left over for other projects.Negatives:- Vulnerable to scratching during assembly, go easy when using a coin or whatever to tighten the screws-- just be EXTRA CAREFUL.Overall, these are a great buy for looking to bind menus, portfolio, and other documents, who want a classier look, and a relatively easy method of book binding.
