Pros: Lightweight, adjustable length, compactibleCons: Hook (additional metal prong catches on everything)Pics: Package contentsMy thoughts: Get tired of jumping into back of truck to move cargo towards tailgate to offload, so I ordered this to reduce that problem except overly large/heavy cargo. I don't care for the meal hook as it has a metal prong that is more hindering than helpful, so I just keep the bent metal bar attached to pull stuff forward.I like that fact that you can assemble the reaching tool for your specific needs, which in my case was just the one padded hand grip end. This allows me to reach the front of the bed area of my trucks 6' bed without any issue and then retracts to half the length, where it easily fits under my foldable back seat.

I really bought this for my wife because she's short, but man, am I glad I got this. Even with my long arms this comes in handy. It makes pushing and pulling things into the back of the truck bed so much easier.There are several sections to customize the length. Screwing them on is very easy and it comes with a bag to store the sections you aren't using. The end of the rod has a hook.

It would be way better if the whole thing was collapsable instead of just the last section. It comes with a carrying case but who wants to spend all that time assembling it each time you need to use it? Also the one accessory hook is not great because of the bent flange which makes it hard to get behind stuff against the back. However, it is still a nice addition to the truck for those time when I do not want to climb all the way in.

The rod pieces screw together easily and hold. You can put fewer pieces together to have it shorter. Plus the end pulls out farther and pushes back in. Telescoping.You will need to take it apart to store it in the supplied bag. I will be leaving mine together off to the side. So it's ready to use. When I want something at the back, I want it now. Not after I put the rod together.I no longer can climb into my truck bed to get what's in the back. This is perfect! It will be valued.
