This worked excellent in my camper. Winds up gears well and easily. Locks in well (which was the problem with the old one). No problems.

Fit my '98 Sunlite Truck Camper great. Snapped at the weld while trying to lower the top in the middle of nowhere. I tried to drill the hole out and put a screw through it. That also snapped. Wasn't sure how I was going to get my camper home with the top extended. Then I realized I still had an old one in a drawer. That old crank saved the day. Will attempt to return.

I’m sure the crank will be good, but I can’t use it without the new gearbox. The gearbox looks good, but without instructions I don’t know how to install it. I have asked for instructions but haven’t received a reply.

I thought this replacement crank would work on my NorthStar Camper, It didn't. Maybe it might work on the later models but, not mine.

My HECO lift works great, this new crank literally broke before making one complete rotation. I only ordered it to have as a spare, and only tried it to be sure it fit. I didn’t expect it to break immediately.
