We hoped to use this to easily organize salad items, however we found the trays were a bit small to pre-cut the amount of veggies we wanted to store.

I think this product would be better with a bottom. As is its not real solid and it makes it more difficult to carry. Otherwise a good product with no defects.

The description says its good "for Home Work Restaurant"... however, they fail to mention it will never pass a food safety inspection because there is no bottom in it! What good is a condiment bar you cant put ice in? In fact, half the foods they list in the description require to be kept cold.
