I bought this for my husband that works in construction and currently it’s 15 degrees in NYC and he says the cold does not go through, fits great and he is able to work in it and feels comfortable all day. Great quality

That's with a t-shirt underneath, it would be impossible to have a sweater. Unfortunately, I have already warn it and am unable to return it. the inside is not as soft as advertised The S4 is what is softshell. This coat just didnt satisfy my craving for a soft shell

This is not the first article of clothing I've purchased from this company. I've been a long haul trucker, who hand delivers replacement trailer parts in places like Montana and northern Minnesota in the middle of winter, and I'm now currently a department of transportation maintenance worker. I get dirty, I get sweaty, I come home sore, and truly test the limits of all the gear that I use. Regardless of whether I'm in Sub-Zero temperatures, or filling potholes on a 95° day, this company creates products that keep me comfortable, flexible and productive in any environment. The utility and functionality are second to none. As an added bonus, something about the proprietary material that they use is incredible with regards to either not collecting dirt, or if it's there, not showing it. The durability, utility and stylishness are typically not found in such high degrees within the same product line. As long as they keep doing things the way they are, Truewerk is the only thing I'll be wearing for the rest of my working life.

The jacket is definitely stylish, but it was too tight in the chest so I had to return it for one size up. It's not really a "soft" shell and it's not insulated well. It's more of a fall/spring jacket. Overall, it's probably a bit overpriced but I got it on sale and for my role it's fine. I wouldn't wear it if I worked in the field every day.UPDATE: I received my new jacket one size up and it fits perfect. It is very stylish and does keep out the rain and wind. Not very insulated so ordering one size up is recommended so you can wear warm clothes underneath. Overall, I do like it for my role as a Safety Director so I don't have to wear a vest when I visit the jobsites.
